I've always been a Batman kind of guy
21st of April 2015 Many of us grew up watching cartoons. One of the debates we had at my school was who would win: Batman or Superman? I always sided with Batman. I never knew why I wasn't so impressed with Superman, but Batman has always been the one I would side with. Now soon, we'll be able to see Batman and Superman on the big screen together.
I know a lot of comic book lovers that are reading this will have their own opinion, and that's fine. I'm not going to talk about this based on what I read on the Internet. I'm going to go about this as a fan...as if it's real. Because it is real. I'm Batman.
Batman got to where he was for two reasons. The first reason is Bruce Wayne was loaded up the wazzoo. The second reason is because is was smart. Superman was smart as well, but Batman was smarter. Superman had his strength, but his weakness was kryptonite. Batman's main weakness was that he was human. Batman always outsmarted his villians in creative ways. Superman mostly overpowered his. Don't get me wrong. I would never get in a battle with Superman. I'm looking forward to the new Batman vs. Superman movie. I don't care who plays Batman at this point. I don't know why people get so uptight with the comic book movies. They talk like it's the end of the world. I love seeing everyone's take on it. What I don't like is the numerous reboots, but I'll save that for another blog. Back to the subject at hand....Batman vs. Superman.
What I'm really looking forward to is seeing Wonder Woman and Aquaman coming to the big screen. I won't lie. I'm behind on my rumor mill. I heard they might make appearances in the Batman vs. Superman movie, but I don't know for sure. I still like the element of surprise. I just know movies for them are coming out. And then, the Justice League gets together. And we get to see Batman reign supreme. Batman always had the better villians. I would take Joker over Lex Luthor any day. Luthor just doesn't do it. And maybe that's why I lean towards Batman more. I liked his villians much more than Superman's.
I've always liked Batman since I was a kid. I always watched him solve crimes with Scooby Doo. I can't remember what channel played the old series at the time, but I would watch those, too. I even watched the Justice League cartoon. The main reason was Batman. Just to get this out of the way, Robin was always a little bit of a bitch.
So who's the best actor to play Batman? I would have to say Abed Nadeer. Just kidding. I would say Michael Keaton, but I could understand arguments for Adam West. I just find that Batman to be kind of cheesy.
